Our Made-to-Order Philosophy
Every product you order from us is printed on demand. We do not hold inventory or warehouse pre-made stock. Instead, your item is created specifically for you after you place your order.
Why this matters: In traditional retail, unsold inventory often ends up in landfills. By printing only what is ordered, we significantly reduce textile waste and carbon emissions. Because of this custom manufacturing approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or sizing issues.
Return Exceptions: The Quality Guarantee
While we do not accept general returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
We offer a full refund or a free replacement if:
- Manufacturing Defects: The garment has holes, tears, or structural issues.
- Printing Errors: The design is blurry, off-center, or the wrong colors were used compared to the mock-up.
- Wrong Item Sent: You received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.
How to Report an Issue
If you believe you have received a defective item, please follow these steps:

- Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.
- Resolution: We will review your claim. If approved, we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: You generally do not need to ship the defective item back to us. We prefer you donate or recycle it to save on shipping carbon emissions.
Sizing & Fit
Because we cannot accept returns for wrong sizes, we strongly encourage you to check our sizing charts before placing an order.
- Our items are standard US sizing (unless otherwise noted).
- If you are unsure about the fit, we recommend measuring a shirt you currently own that fits well and comparing it to our size chart.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Items Lost in Transit: If the carrier’s tracking states the item was lost in transit, we will reprint and ship a replacement to you free of charge.
- "Delivered" but Missing: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your property after delivery.
